The beach

This unusual name comes from the man who first ran the beach in the 1950s: Adolfo Vasini, known as “Piciacia”, from one of the old seafaring families of Bellaria-Igea Marina, who went by nicknames to be better recognised. To keep the tradition alive, “Piciacia” has remained to this day.
